ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certificate
At the end of 2008, NATUR-PACK, a.s. successfully implemented and certified its ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
ISO standards are unified international standards with uniform wording and equivalency in all the countries that decided to accept such standards. ISO 9001:2000 deals with the quality management system using the process approach.
Application of this approach is a prerequisite for every company with an implemented and certified quality management system. The quality management system shows that our company is able to meet effectively any requirements you – our customers – may have.
Our company went through a management training process, emphasising the need to implement effective corporate management techniques in the view of continuous improvement. Key processes occurring within the organisation were defined and then optimised. We implemented various activities that support effective corporate management, including customer satisfaction surveys, a single system of resolving non-conformities that occur, non-conformity product management etc.

There were several audits done at the end of 2008 by Certicom, an independent company, which decided that our company was prepared and awarded us an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate.
However, our efforts do not come to an end with the award of the Quality Management System Certificate. Preparations for additional certification for the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Quality System are underway.
