MISSION

The principal mission of the Company is to meet its targets for collection, recovery and recycling of all packaging waste types, at least as defined by binding limits set out in the Directive No. 94/62/EC on Packaging and Packaging Waste, adopted in the Slovak law in the Act No. 529/2002 Coll. on Packaging.

VISION

To build a standard system of packaging waste collection, recovery and recycling; to set right the distorted market environment in the area of packaging waste handling and to eliminate trading in virtual confirmation slips. To be The Number One in relation to customers as regards the quality of services rendered.

THE MISSION, VISION AND CREDO SHALL BE ACHVIVD BY

• Continuous improvement and implementation of new methods that make the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System more perfect;

• Systematic identification, monitoring, control and improvement of processes and their links; Application of quality-based philosophy and culture that lead to provision of professional services at the top level;

• Seeing the Company as a “nice to deal with”, highly client-oriented and professional organisation the customers can fully rely on to take over their duties under the law, as well as with any issue concerning packaging waste;

• Equal position of all the cooperating entities – obliged parties, collection firms and recycling bodies;

• Comprehensive and systemic care for the needs of obliged parties to meet their binding targets for packaging waste collection, recovery and recycling in the future and to make this process more efficient;

• Meticulous check of financial flows resulting in cost minimisation for participants in the system;

• Creation of good working conditions, culture of cooperation and conditions for team work, with emphasis on involvement, loyalty and ethical conduct of employees;  

• Investments into training and development of professional capacities of all the employees.
