Who can become a member of NATURPACK?

Obliged persons

Under the Act, all entities, so called obliged persons that are packers, fillers or entrepreneurs placing on the market packaging or packed products shall ensure the collection, recovery and recycling of packaging waste, except for producers of packaging. All entities putting on the market or into circulation packaging or packed products thus import, fill, distribute or sell in the Slovak Republic.
