The Waste Act No. 79/2015 Coll. was amended on November 29th, 2017 by the Act No. 292/2017 Coll. You can learn more details on the particular changes also in our previous contribution to this issue (find please a link below).
The amendment will come into force as follows:

The amendment is dominantly focused in the producer extended responsibility system, but also in handling of mercury, minor construction waste, pneumatic tyres or dangerous waste transport. It introduces changes for PROs, municipalities, producers, take-back facilities, collection companies, recycling facilities and others.
