Also this year, on behalf of our clients – producers of packaging, non-packaging products, electrical equipment, batteries and accumulators – we fulfilled all obligations arising from legislation. Within the legally stipulated deadline, we submitted to the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic the reports pursuant to Section 27(4)(h) of Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste, for the year 2025.
The submitted reports include data on the quantities of reserved products placed on the market of the Slovak Republic, as well as on the waste generated from them. For these quantities, within the OZV NATUR-PACK system, we ensured collection, recycling and other forms of recovery, thereby fulfilling the statutory obligations of thousands of producers.
Each client will receive from us a confirmation of compliance with obligations for the year 2025:
✅ for packaging and non-packaging products – for the fourteenth time electronically,
✅ for electrical equipment – for the eighth time electronically,
✅ for batteries and accumulators – for the eighth time electronically, in accordance with Section 28(4)(i) of the Waste Act.
The electronic form of confirmations has long helped us conserve natural resources – to date, thanks to it, we have saved more than 23,000 sheets of paper. Administration can also be sustainable.
Today, OZV NATUR-PACK is chosen by more than 8,900 producers, which is the highest number among all producer responsibility organizations in Slovakia, and new producers who have decided to cooperate with us continue to join.
