The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) will start to apply in exactly 100 days, on 12 August 2026. However, not all obligations will take effect on that date. In most cases, the application of the requirements is deferred, or depends on additional legislation in the form of delegated and implementing acts.
