If your company:
- packs or fills the products into the packaging,
- imports products / goods in packaging to Slovakia,
- manufactures or imports and further sells the empty packaging directly to the consumer, or
- orders the packaging of product placed on the market under your own trade mark,
you are considered a so-called packaging producer, even if you do not product any packaging.
These obligations are applicable to glass, plastic, paper, metal, wooden packaging and packaging made from paper-based beverage packaging.
