By 5 December 2022 you can express your comments to the draft Regulation No. 371/2015 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Waste Act.

The draft regulation addresses two issues. One of them is covered by a provision setting out details on the material composition of packaging and non-packaging products in relation to their durability, reparability, reuse, recyclability and the presence of hazardous substances by means of a new Annex No. 10c. It also stipulates the procedures by which the packaging producers and producers of non-packaging products provide the data on material composition of packaging and non-packaging products placed on the market to the contractual Producer responsibility organization for packaging.
