As every year, in 2024 we fulfilled all legal obligations on behalf of our clients – manufacturers of packaging, non-packaging products, electrical equipment, batteries and accumulators. Within the legally stipulated deadline, we submitted notifications to the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic pursuant to Section 27, paragraph 4, letter h) of Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste.
The notifications contain data on the quantities of restricted products placed on the market of the Slovak Republic and the waste from them. For these quantities, we have ensured collection, recycling and other forms of recovery within the framework of the NATUR-PACK OZV, thereby helping thousands of manufacturers to fulfill their obligations.
Each of our clients will receive a confirmation of compliance with obligations for 2024:
✅ For packaging and non-packaging products - for the twelfth time electronically,
✅ For electrical equipment - for the sixth time electronically,
✅ For batteries and accumulators - for the sixth time electronically, in accordance with Section 28, paragraph 4, letter i) of the Waste Act.
Digitalisation of receipts has allowed us to save almost 22,000 sheets of paper – another step towards more sustainable operations.
We are proud that OZV NATUR-PACK has been chosen by more than 8,500 producers – the most among all producer responsibility organizations in Slovakia. Their trust is not only an appreciation of our work, but also a motivation to further develop the extended producer responsibility system.
In 2025, we became the largest waste management company in Slovakia, with the largest market share and the greatest influence on household waste sorting and recycling.
